It might seem silly that I would include my pup on this, but he was the pivot in my life that, without a doubt, saved it.

After years of trying to please everyone, carving away at myself to fit into society, and having a total disconnect from myself and nature, he came bursting into my world and forced me to break down my walls and start reconnecting it all.

I was burnt out, malnourished, codependent, and lost. I threw myself into my work to cope. All about the hustle and grind, I never took care of myself or my relationships.

But for the past 5 years, we have been on quite a journey. Anyone can work themselves into the ground. But how can we take care of ourselves and the earth and still do good work?

Well, that's what we're trying to find out.
